dog’s footprints

Kipling says, the dog was man’s first friend. Ours was named Tita, and had to leave us, aged 14, in 2006. For 12 years she’s been looking after us, after the studio, after the metal type, she was with us in any sort of situation, be it enjoyable or distressing, and never did she give reason for complaint. And to commemorate our brave dog we’ve set up this series of artist’s books: dog’s footprints. She has left her footprints in our lives, in the studio and now she will leave her traces in our books - wherever we went she always was with us. She was our true companion for 12 years and that’s why titles of this series alway will be an edition of 12.
