Presenting the new artist’s book
 “52 Weeks”

We expect we’ll be moving the studio to Westfalia in the northwest of Germany within 2015, hopefully in late summer.
The studio will be closed from 3 March for packing up and preparing to move.

As a Farewell the studio opens one last time at the old place in the southwest of the country - and of course we’ll be serving tea from our samovar. This is what your SatNav needs to know:

The new artist’s book “52 Weeks” will be on show - a collaboration with Australian artist Marianne Midelburg.
This is my first book featuring photographs. The edition is now complete.

All other work will be on show as well:

- the huge book on Kurt Tucholsky described in an article in the current Matrix 32,

- all prints including the new sheet printed specifically for “Absence and Presence” which was on show recently at the San Francisco Center for the Book,

- all the smaller artist’s books e. g. “Cumbria” and “Woods in Winter”,

- ”Manarah” the zine-like book printed for “An Inventory of al-Mutanabbi Street”,

- and all work from the backlist,

- as well as the broadsides with writings by Rilke, George, Scheerbarth, Morike, Storm, Claudius and many more.

My blog is well known by now and once the packing up is on the way there will be a diary telling of all the successes and the failures, the gains and drawbacks that are inevitable with a task like moving some 12 tonnes of printing gear.
