An old myth, originally told by Eduard Moerike, comes here as a street ballad, written by Annette C. Disslin to be sung to a known tune. Set from Post-Antique, printed on light blue cardbord, concertina folding stretching out to 2 meters, in a hard cover.

 

 

Standard edition No 11-16 (books in the top row))

All book covers are made from blue cloth, making an edition of 16 one-offs. Book size 12x24cm.

Special edition No 1-10 (books in the bottom row)

 

 

Special edition copies 1-10, coming together with a portfolio containing the artist’s poster of bleikloetzles 10th anniversary plus the street ballad poster, which is a hand coloured linocut on deckle edge paper (225g), size 48x64cm. Also part of the portfolio is a bamboo stick, and the portfolio is numbered additionally with metal type.

 

Printed in 2009 - the year of the studio’s 10th anniversary
